btdbt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

To access the full range of Services, you must register an account with btdbt. You may only hold one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited, irrespective of whether the accounts were used for fraudulent purposes.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including:

• Your correct legal full name.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that belongs to you.
• Your accurate date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Any other information that btdbt may request for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must keep your password confidential and must not share your account credentials with any other person. btdbt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify btdbt customer support immediately.

btdbt offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with that offer at the time of the promotion. In addition to any offer-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all btdbt promotions:

General bonus conditions:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player per promotion period, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• btdbt reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus, free spin or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe they were obtained through abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Promotions are not available to employees, affiliates, agents or family members of btdbt personnel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btdbt platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

btdbt employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Where prohibited activity is detected, btdbt will take appropriate action including account suspension, reversal of transactions and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btdbt, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not btdbt has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude btdbt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, btdbt's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

btdbt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users, which may be given by way of a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Services following notification of any change to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure by contacting btdbt customer support.
